Application of Dynamic Economic-Mathematical Modeling for Solving the Problem of Optimization the Process of Managing the Number of Employees of the Banking Organization

Abstract
The article considers topical issues of managing the process of optimizing the number of employees in a banking organization. To solve the problems of optimizing the number of employees of the retail department of the bank, it is proposed to use dynamic economic and mathematical modeling that takes into account the presence of control actions, uncontrolled parameters (risks, modeling errors and other factors), and information deficit. The use of this model is a tool for increasing the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the banking business. The existing approaches to solving problems of banking management by developing economic and mathematical models amid uncertainty are usually based on static models and employ the stochastic modeling apparatus, which requires knowledge of the probabilistic characteristics of the basic parameters of the model. In this case, its use requires very stringent conditions, which in practice are most often not feasible. The novelty of this article is the development of a new deterministic dynamic economic-mathematical model for making a decision as to the need to increase or decrease the staff of the commercial bank's retail unit and a method of solving it. The paper outlines the main stages in the development of the proposed dynamic model. A practical case is considered that provides an algorithm for solving the optimization problem; all the results obtained are illustrated; their analysis is analyzed, and the optimal solution is chosen. The aim of the research is achieved: the proposed economic and mathematical modeling makes it possible to optimize the process of managing the number of personnel of the retail unit of the bank, which is one of the ways to increase the competitiveness of the credit institution. On the basis of the proposed dynamic model, it is possible to solve other tasks of optimizing the management of processes that determine banking activity and develop computer information systems to support the adoption of managerial decisions.
