Multipurpose Approach to Implementation and Evaluation Lean Production in Industrial Enterprises
Belysh K.V.
Abstract
The article presents theoretical foundations for the introduction and operation of lean production at an industrial enterprise, which include a lean production system content model derived from the evolution of scientific management and the ideology of the Toyota production system and integrated with elements of classical project management and the principles of flexible project management approaches that allows one to identify subsystems of lean production and to determine the instruments of their interrelation for providing accelerated development and better system of lean production at an industrial plant. The methodical approach to the management of the introduction and functioning of the lean production system, including the structure of the processes of implementation and maintenance of the system, is described. A comprehensive evaluation of the implemented projects is offered, in which an analysis of the achievement of the set goals is made, taking into account the monitoring of the processes that affect the achievement of these goals, as well as assessing the impact of changes on other key processes of the enterprise. The proposed evaluation system allows you to initially set the objectives of each project, comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the completed project within the Lean Manufacturing system and assess the impact of changes within the project on the key performance indicators of the enterprise: safety, quality, timing, costs, culture.
